DIRECTOR GERARDO GARCÍA LEÓN Puebla, Puebla, México Filmmaker and teacher, graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Cinematography from the Faculty of Plastic and Audiovisual Arts at BUAP. He has collaborated on feature films, short films, documentaries, and music videos, performing various roles in the areas of production, art, and direction. Passionate about accompanying creative processes and filmmaking, especially in local and community contexts in the state of Mexico. He's the director of the medium-length documentary "Sentimiento Sonidero", which has been selected for various national and international film festivals and exhibitions. As art director, he participated in the short film Aguacuario, which was part of the Generations section at the 74th Berlinale and Critics' Week at the Cannes Film Festival.
