DIRECTOR BÁRBARA EGUIARTE Zapopan, Jalisco Born in Jalisco, México, she moved to Aguascalientes when she was 12 years old and graduated with a degree in Film from the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes. She has participated in various training workshops, such as the Audiovisual Itinerant Camp in 2014 and Platform MX West Region in 2018, as well as screenwriting, project development, and post-production workshops. She was a grant recipient from PECDA in 2015, and "Fangs" is her latest short film as a director. She has produced several short films, including "Hay una luz que siempre se apaga" by Venancio Villalobos, "No oigo no oigo, soy chilango" by Armando Rangel, "Arrullo de Tierra" by Paula Viroque, and "Llena de Gracia" by Aída Alonso. Additionally, she has worked as a workshop leader and cultural manager. She currently lives in Mexico City and works as an independent editor and producer.
